Welcome to Sarah's Place, a haven of hospitality and heart named after our beloved daughter, Sarah-Lee. Sarah has taught us invaluable lessons in care and compassion, as she requires round-the-clock attention due to being on the lower end of the autism spectrum. Her influence has shaped our values, creating a warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment for all our guests.

 

Our Locations

Sarah's Place has two beautiful locations:

 

George: Nestled in the heart of this charming town, our guesthouse consists of the main Manor House, which features three bedrooms, spacious living areas, and access to the swimming pool. Additionally, there are four studios available for separate rental, or you can book the entire property for complete privacy. Room layouts and details can be found on our booking site. Conveniently located within walking distance of the George Golf Course, the mountains, and the hospital, our guesthouse offers both tranquility and accessibility.

 

Stilbaai: Stay in a tranquil eco-estate where bucks and tortoises roam freely, overlooking the stunning Skulpiesbaai ocean. Stroll along the 1km wooden boardwalk to a pristine beach, perfect for swimming and diving, or take an 8km scenic walk to Jongenstein. The property consists of a Manor House and two annexes. In December, the entire property is only available for exclusive rental to ensure complete privacy for long holiday stays. During the rest of the year, each apartment can be rented separately, each featuring its own private entrance and patio.
